OTH E-CONSENT FOR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Effective as of June 19, 2024
Bank Account Verification Consent
By proceeding to provide your bank account details for the purpose of commission charges as stipulated in your merchant contract, you acknowledge and consent to the verification of your bank account in compliance with the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) regulations.
To ensure compliance, the following bank account validation methods are offered: Instant Verification: Securely confirm your bank account instantly by providing online banking credentials via a protected Stripe-hosted portal. This preferred method reduces fraud risk and processing delays.
Instant Verification: Enter your routing and account information manually. You'll then receive a small deposit within 1-2 days which you must verify to complete the process.
Both methods meet NACHA's requirements, ensuring a secure and compliant transaction environment. Your cooperation in this verification process is crucial to maintaining the integrity and security of transactions.
