Acceptance of Terms

By participating in OTH Network’s ("Company") rewards program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&Cs"). The Company reserves the right to update and change the Terms without notice. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Eligibility

To qualify for, and to participate in, OTH Rewards, you must be part of the OTH Creator community with a registered account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Obligations

As an Ambassador, you are required to adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your participation in the Program. You agree to use the Program at your own risk. You may refer businesses by sharing your unique referral code via message, email, external applications, or QR code.

Referral Tracking

The Company will provide you with a unique referral code to link advertisements and other marketing content to the Program. The Company will track businesses who have applied using your referral code with real-time reporting and tracking via our rewards dashboard.

Approved Business Referral Definition

A business is marked as approved once it has completed 10 paid offers. Once the business has met these thresholds it will be added to the approved business list.

General Payment Terms

For each approved business referral, Ambassadors receive a one-time payment of $250. This payment value is applicable to U.S. businesses only; for other regions, the amount may differ. OTH reserves the right to change this rate at any time. Payments will be made on the 1st of the following month after approval. (i.e., If a business is approved on the 7th, it will be paid out the following month on the 1st.)

Payment

Payments will be made the first of the month. We make payments via ACH only. You are responsible for any transaction fees that might be associated with your selected payment method.

General Information

You should ensure that the contact information on your OTH account is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be responsible for any OTH Rewards value which is not applied to your account as a result of inaccurate details provided by you.

Proprietary Rights

The Company retains all rights, ownership, and interest in the Program, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Liability

The Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to close your account or remove you from the OTH Rewards at any time if we reasonably believe you have been acting fraudulently, misrepresenting the brand and/or in breach of any of these T&Cs.

Governing Law

The Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

OTH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which othnetwork.io is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.

By signing up to be an Ambassador in the Program, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
